I was recently told by “another” transmission shop my 2017 Ford 150 transmission was smoked and in need of a... Read More complete rebuild quoting me $4k to say I was disgusted and in total disbelief was an understatement. At that time I reached out to Bill and Willie over at Wholesale Transmission and asked for his thoughts and opinion. After a short conversation I immediately picked my truck up from the “other” guy and took it to Willie so they could run some tests and diagnostics. A second opinion if you will. At this moment I’m in complete panic mode because it’s Friday morning and I’m leaving in 6 days for my annual midwestern Illinois hunting trip. Two hours later Willie calls me and confirms a problem coming from the transmission torque converter but after he consulted with me and Bill we decided to do a complete transmission service first before tearing into a transmission rebuild. Drain. Flush. New Gasket. New Filter and New fluids. A much cheaper option at $300.00 and a complete no brainer. A chance we were willing to take. The “other shop” refused and said this was going to make my problem worse. It was either I have them rebuild my Transmission for $4k or come pick it up. Thanks to Bill and his staff my $4k problem was fixed in a few hours on short notice on a Friday afternoon before close of business. I highly recommend theses guys. Friendly. Experienced and Professional. I’ll be back again I’m sure 😉

Read More it I spoke mainly to Bill on what I wanted he gave me some options on what would be best gave to a quote I agreed told me it be about a week spot on he called me along the way with updates and other parts what started to wear out and would need change soon it you there was no pressure it was all my choice very friendly guy very HONEST pricing was fair and the truck RIPS its like its better then when it came off the showroom floor. All in all they do a phonemical job will return when I regear the rear end.

Read More giving exceptional service) Bill and Willie were both a pleasure to speak with. I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse in for a service, oil change and inspection, before giving the car to my daughter, since I never drove it any longer after recently buying a new BMW. I wanted to make sure the Traverse was in good shape, safe, and there would be no problems before handing it over to her. There was a rattle going on underneath the car that made me nervous there might be something seriously wrong. It turned out to be the heat shield, where the fasteners had corroded (WNY winters) and was flapping around. They re-secured the heat shield with self tapping screws, and all was good. They sent me a video of what they found when it was up on the ramp. Just a pleasure to do business with. Very personable, interesting people to converse with. They make you feel like an important customer. No talking down to you in a condescending manner just because you’re a woman (sadly the case at so many auto repair shops) Oh and after buying 4 oil changes, you get the 5th one free! Just good people giving good service like it used to be! I would highly recommend Wholesale Transmission to anyone in a heartbeat. In fact I have recommended them to several people already since yesterday!

They were fantastic!! I was told by my mechanic i would need an entire new transmission. Devistated with this news... Read More we sought out this place due to good reviews (verbal) and so i brought my car, and they looked it over. They gave me a rough estimate and gave me the "solution" they thought it would need to be fixed. And as it turned out, they were right! What i thought would cost me thounsands turned out to only be a few hundred bucks! LOVE this place and i highly recommend it!! Though i only really dealt with Bill, who was amazing btw, the experience i had while being here was fantastic. They were very efficient and friendly.
